Keoni was born in Pittsburgh and has lived in rural places like Meridian and Eagle, Idaho to hustling and bustling places like Athens, Greece and New York City. He considers Seattle home and is of Native Hawaiian descent. God brought him to West Michigan in 2013 for Seminary and saw fit to keep him here. He was hired on as the Youth Director in 2014 and served in that capacity until 2016 when he became the Pastor of Student Ministries and an elder here at Grace. Through the providence of God, in 2019 he then transitioned into the Lead Teaching Pastor role and continues to serve the Lord and Grace in this capacity. Pastor Keoni preaches the Word, casts vision, leads the pastoral team, and is a general energizer for our elders and staff.
Keoni and Andrea have six children and enjoy playing board games, going for walks and hikes, swimming, pizza & movie nights, gardening, road trips, bonfires and dozens of other family-oriented activities.
